Join us on Saturday, August 27,2016 at 1:00 P.M. for a time honored tradition of housing our new fire apparatus! Truck 24, Tanker 24, and Ambulance 24-1 will all be housed in appropriate fashioned that dates back to the 19th century. Judging of fire apparatus will take place at Kennett High School in the morning.

Leon Spencer will kick off the ceremony with the National Anthem, followed by blessing the new trucks from Firehouse Chaplain Navarro and Saint Patrick's Father Rogers. Shortly after, the trucks will be pushed into the engine bay three times each; once for God, once for Country, and once for the firehouse and community. Immediately following the ceremony will be refreshments and music by local Good Foot Band until 6 p.m. Come out and join our celebration! Bring a blanket or lawn chair if you would like.
