Station 24 was dispatched to the area of Hillendale Road and McFarlan Road for a house fire. Chief arrived on scene to find a garage, under construction, fire through the roof. Engine 24-1 deployed two hand lines to attack the fire, supplied later by Tanker 24. Ladder 25's crew assisted with overhaul as needed. Nobody was hurt on this incident. Cause of the fire under investigation by Chester County Fire Marshal's Office. Thanks to all mutual aid who responded and aided in this event.
