This evening, Tanker 24 was dispatched and immediately responded down to the landfill in the Minquadale area of New Castle County to assist on a large trash fire. Our tanker deployed it's port-a-tank upon arrival, and began supplying water to the operation. It is not the first time we've traveled down south to help our brothers and sisters. After several hours, we were released to return back to station.
