Kennett Firefighters Receive Life Saving Clinical Excellence Awards

Several firefighters and paramedics from Kennett Fire Company and Longwood Fire Company, along with Police Officer Mark Todd of the Kennett Square Police Department, were presented awards at this year's Chester County EMS Council banquet. The first responders were honored for their expert skills, quick actions, and bravery while saving the life of a driver whose car plunged into the West Branch Red Clay Creek on November 15, 2021.
