On Thursday April 23 The Department was dispatched for a vehicle leaking fuel. Upon arrival it was found that a vehicle traveling in a private parking lot car dove over the top of a concrete island. This caused the bottom half of the engine block to be torn away leaking oil. The department used oil dry to contain leak. Vehicle towed away. Company was in service for 1/2 hour
