Memorial Day is a day to remember those who served our country past, present and future. This is a day we pay tribute to these Men and Women who served and some who gave all for our freedoms. Let us remember this.
This year's parade was a large success. Many people from all over the area came to enjoy the weather and show there support for our Armed Services. The streets were lined with people from the beginning of the parade on Cypress Street in the west end of the borough to the north end of Union Street. Special thanks to all the fire departments who participated this year. All the children seemed to enjoy the many sights along the parade route.
