On Monday evening of January 4th, 2010, around 20:00 hours, The Kennett Fire Company along with Longwood MICU 25-2 responded to a vehicle accident at the intersection of South Broad Street and Cypress Street in Kennett Square Borough. Units arrived to find one patient trapped in their car after being struck broad side. The patient was quickly extricated from the vehicle and transported to Jennersville Regional Hospital for further evaluation by MICU 25-2.
