Kennett Fire Company was dispatched to assist Longwood Fire Company on 4/7 at 15:04 for an Investigation Outside. Initial report was significant black smoke coming from somewhere in the rear of the residence, unknown origin. Engine 24-1 arrived on scene to find a large brush pile on fire. Engine 24-1 went into service with a hose line to extinguish the fire. Longwood units arrived shortly after and assisted Kennett's crew.
